These 36 ten-minute plays and monologues respond to urgent questions about the state of democracy in America. Written from national and international perspectives, they draw on history, contemporary life, and imagined futures.

The collection moves across comedy and tragedy, rage and tenderness, hope and fear. Partners may present one play, several plays, or the complete anthology.
